Chris heel hooked me earlier on in the seminar so I couldn't move that well, and I had the flu that week, and I'd done a heavy weights session the day before, and I was carrying a shoulder injury, and I'd been out drinking the night before, and I didn't want to burn too much energy, and I was working on a few things so I wasn't looking for every opportunity to submit, and, and, and....
