Well the test cards were pretty cool alright. When we wanted to answer a question, we clicked our fingers as well for the extra attention (and because the teacher hated it) and repeated "I know, I know, me, me, I know, I know!".

It always amazes me how people see their past through rose-tinted glasses.

I remember the 70's and 80's as being a pretty grim and depressing times to be growing up in Ireland.

I would have much preferred to have been born in 1990!

Thanks for putting me straight there mate. Without that post I would have persisted with the notion that I actually enjoyed the majority of my childhood in the 80s.

That said, the 60's or 90's might have been even more fun.
