Attic compliance

Can anyone recommend a good roofer or attic conversion person who can help replace some beams that were removed during an attic conversion. The room is not a habitable room and is only used for storage but because it has a stairs up to it, it requires a structural engineer to sign it off. The engineer says that support beams are required in floor.

Is there anyone out there who is a roofer/builder capable of doing this for us or knows someone who can?

Really appreciate any recommondations you can provide.
