A guy up the road from me is selling a 40' trailer load of wooden floors. Tonne's of different colours from laminate to solid wood...All came from a supplier clear out.
Price is depending on how much you want but it really is very cheap... I got a 11' X 11' for €100

Mod's if this shouldn't be in bargain alerts please remove, but I think it's a bargain.

solid maple would be a lot more than €10 sqm. I'd say along the lines of €40. Oak could range from €25 to around €50. Actually, I got solid oak in tubs and tiles for about €24 sqm and from shopping around that was way way cheaper than anywhere else. I was kind of surprised and went back (after buying it :D ) and asked was there a mistake with the price. I was told no that it was new stock and thats what it costs. I came accross laminate for around the same price and semi solid oak for a lot more expensive. It left me thinking that there was some kind of catch but from talking to a friend in that trade he reckons we got a really good deal.

About the original post, I hope the wood isn't warped or anything like that(not that I know much about this). It just sounds a little dodgy buying stuff like that but a deals a deal
