mac on my laptop

    my laptop at the mo is windows xp could i put the mac os software on it? like delete everything off it and install mac software.... can this be done or do i have to buy a mac pc?

    i need mac to run a few programs might save me a few euros on a new computer...

    Nope, you'll need to buy a Mac to run Mac OS.

    incidentally anto, you can do it the other way round.

    get rid of your laptop, buy a macbook, and have windows XP and Mac OS X on the same machine. All new macbooks can run XP out of the box, as they all have intel chips.
