Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I am currently attempting to write a statement of teaching philosophy and a statement of research philosophy. I was just wondering if anybody with any experience of writing such documents or reviewing such documents had any advice for me? Also if anybody knew of any resources that could be helpful?

Only thing i'd say is look at things like policies, statements that are already there. Try and tie yours into them, probably some lick-arseing will be necessary unfortunately.
