What is the best and the best for begineer trip in Ireland for the outdoor sport you do?

    To start the ball rolling
    Caving
Best: Coolagh river cave through trip, Doolin Co Clare
Best for Begineer: probably the same trip. Maybe Pol na Gollaimh if they have not climbed before.

So hill walks, mountain runs, canoe trips, cycles, climbs etc What is your favorite?

Best introduction to Climbing: Paradise Lost in Dalkey or anything in Barn Bawn Co Wicklow
Best introduction to Multi-pitch climbing: Quartz Gulley in Glendalough (if you're feeling bold) or FM in the Mournes (so I hear, have yet to climb it)
Best Introduction to Sea-Cliff climbing: Anything on Gola Island
Best Introduction to Bouldering: I would say the Irish Bouldering League comps or a nice cold dry day in Glendolough.
