Surfoffline and other similar programs

Don't know if this is the right forum for this query, mods please move if necessary. I am trying to save/archive an entire web page. Basically I want to save the index page and every page linked from it. Surfoffline seems like a good program for this but it costs 40 dollars for the full version and one of the restrictions…

Surfoffline seems like a good program for this but it costs 40 dollars for the full version and one of the restrictions of the trial version is that it doesn't allow you to save the archive in IE .mht format.

Anyone know of a decent freeware program which will do this? Thanks.
