Is it Ripwave or Breeze (antennae on roof)? If its Breeze did they supply a wireless modem/router? Do you connect by an ethernet cable, or by wireless?

When your PC is connected, you check if it is getting an "ip address" from IBB. In Windows, go the DOS command prompt in Start, Programs, Accessories. at the command prompt type :ipconfig /all

The IBB helpdesk guys should be able to help with this, if you can get through to them!

im gonna presume you didn't pay the extra for the wireless router from ibb

did you manually set the ip addresses that they gave you (if its breeze) because u have to do that.

or if its ripwave what is you signal and connection strength
