Hi there i have a problem with my sky box retaining the add in channels, so i get on with it and periodically have to re add the uk channels. Although the last time it only lasted a couple of weeks.... A pain.. Anyway using the sticky list i have added all channels again but can't get ITV2 +1 channel. has this frequency changed???? I have ITV 2 but not the plus one hour one.
    Any clues???? would be appreciated

Hi appreciate your answer, but as I said I tried all of the codes in the sticky post for add in channels last night several times!!!!! The frequency you gave is the one for ITV which I tried, all the other channels added successfully except no ITV 2 +1. Believe me I nearly know the frequencies of heart now with this new box 'forgetting' the channels'

You cound try taking out your viewing card (you can just flip it over) and turning on the decoder. You should get the FTA EPG then and it should be listed.

Or remove card while in Sky Interactive on some boxes.
    AND DOn't reinsert anything.

    10714 H - SR 22000 - FEC 5/6

I just tried adding ITV2+1 using the settings above and it worked fine. The other channels on the same setting are - ITV1 Central SW, ITV1 Anglia S, ITV1 Anglia W, TTG41, ITV1 TT N, ITV1 TT S and G41.

Is it possible that when you're adding them you are reaching your limit of channels before ITV2+1 is added? I think the limit is 50. Also the bug that causes the loss of all "Other Channels" seems to only strike when you go over 20 channels, so if you're adding them again try to keep below that number and they might stay.

Just to note that the frequency list for BBC and ITV channels on the Sticky Thread have just been updated.

With thanks to DMC for the info!

forgot to mention I only ever have about 7 channels stored in add channels bit so still doesn't explain losing the channels ever so often!!!!

Doesnt ITV2 +1 (and the equivilent ITV3 channel) block out programmes once in a while, as it doesnt have the repeat rights for a +1 channel?

Thats correct indeed. Recently my ITV2+1 shows ITV4 so must rescan to get it back in line.

Using Personal planner or favourites seems to wipe "add channels" on some boxes. Not enough memory?

Weren't certain Pace boxes only allowing you to store no more than 3 channels in "other channels". Any higher and they kept vanishing. Don't know what the exact model number was though.
