FM3 visa for Aguascalientes Mexico

Hi folks, I am going to Mexico for week in July to work in a University. I have been told I need an FM3 visa, but am finding it difficult to get info. Anyone know the story with getting such a visa from Mexican embassy in Ireland? Also, anyone been to Aguascalientes? Any advice for a few days there. Any advice appreciate.
