CO is 10/30/2. He has been open limping quite a lot but I haven't been paying enough attention to know what with. My stats for the table are 6/13/.. over 180 hands. I wasn't sure if I should pot the river or go for a second check raise. What do you think? I don't think a queen is ever checking behind here. Are there any other hands that I beat that will call a $50 bet?

Holdem No Limit - $2 BB
    Button ($98.25)
    SB ($165)
    BB ($407.75) [Mr. Flibble]
    UTG ($426.25)
    MP ($254.25)
    CO ($249.25)

Mr. Flibble is BB with 2s, 2h
    Preflop: (6 players, $3)
2 folds, CO calls $2, 2 folds, Mr. Flibble checks

    Flop: Qc, 2d, 4h (2 players, $5)
Mr. Flibble checks, CO bets $3, Mr. Flibble calls $3

    Turn: Qs (2 players, $11)
Mr. Flibble checks, CO bets $6, Mr. Flibble calls $6 and raises $20, CO calls $20

    River: 8c (2 players, $63)
    Mr. Flibble ...

If hes the type of guy who looks at his hand and sees QQQ and thinks wow trips all in then just open shove the river. Else, stick in a PSB.

Don't check the river anyway. I throw in $55

I don't think he's that type of player to call an all in with a Q less than AQ.

Given that he called the turn check raise isn't it quite likely that he has a queen?
If he has a queen and I check I will probably get his whole stack but if I bet out I'll most likely only get $60.

Isn't it pretty unlikely that he'll call a psb with a PP? Even if he will call a psb sometimes with a PP wouldn't I make more in the long run the times I get his whole stack with a CR and he has a queen?

I dont get your stats - do you mean 30/10?

you should lead this flop 100% of the time and if you misclick check you should check raise or lead the turn

as played I think another cr would be kinda sexy.

10/30 -> 10% pfr, 30% vpip. Reasonably standard if a little loose tag stats. Edit: yes, I mean 30/10. Silly PAHUD lets me put them backwards.

As a rule I do lead with sets but given that I'd been card dead at that table for over an hour a bet out would look particularly alarming.

Results are I bet out $60 on the river (exactly pot) and he folded after a good long think. I get the feeling he limped with a pair 99+. Don't know what else he could be thinking about.
