should silly posts like this not be in the "Racing Tips" sticky at the top??

i hate rubbish like this, no explanation or background just a name of a horse claiming to be a "tip".

Unfortunately the amount of muppets who post like this is on the rise. Either no reason is given for fancying a particular horse, or they put in a generic reason. "Ruby is on bored and eh... I loike him."

This is a common enough problem but we can't expect first posters to know all the rules and regulations of the site. In time hopefully they'll have a look around and see what's the best way of doing things.
