Personally Metroid Prime 3: Corruption is topping my list, with MoH: Vanguard coming in a close second. Despite the latter being pretty similar to the PS2 game the controls will probably give it a whole new life.

    Metroid Prime 3
    Mario Galaxy
    Smash Bros. Brawl
    Super Paper Mario
    Resident Evil: Chronicles
    Trauma Centre
    and Elebits.

They're the ones that spring to mind immediately.

Same as myself, apart from Elebits...
MP3, Resident Evil, Mario Galaxy, Smash Bros, Super Paper Mario and then Trauma Centre in order of preference...

My last play.com order seems to have been nabbed by customs, so I guess I'll have to pick them up from Smyths instead:(

Pretty much what was said before, plus add the inevitable Wii version of Mario Kart to the list.

I'd say Metroid Prime 3 is top of my list, it should be amazing.

Actually, does anyone know of a decent release schedule?

Other than games other have mentioned, one I'm really really looking forward to is No More Heroes.

I'd be interested in a release schedule too. Gamespot.com is where I usually check and that has estimated shipping times - MP3 is due 1st June. Other than that you'll probably have to search for individual games as the 'New Releases' section often gets cluttered with old games (SNES etc) being made available for the Wii, or Gamespot getting around to reviewing them.

I'm also looking forward to Smash Bros. Brawl, somebody mentioned it. The trailer looks fantastic.

Lookin forward to Tiger woods. Hopefully they nailed the control system.
No more heroes looks interesting also.

Love the tennis in Wii sports, haven't heard of a tennis game for Wii yet so hopefully someone will release a decent tennis game.

Looking forward to 16 player online Battalion Wars myself - it's beginning to look very nice indeed.

Looking forward to battalion war myself. The GC game was fun and so almost a classic due to minor niggles. If they just polish it up it could be a classix especially wiht online multiplayer.

Dunno how I forgot to mention that!
Loved Killer 7 so I'm hyped for this one!

Goichi Suda has even said it'll be more violent than manhunter... Knew it'd be violent but...

When are any of these games coming out? Once again it sounds like the same sparse release schedule for any decent games that we got with the Gamecube or N64

Unfortunately thats been the case so far, but Wiis have sold much better than the GC or N64 as I understand (seeing as the PlayStation took the fore since its release) so the schedule will probably pick up. The more Wiis that sell, the more profitable it is for developers to produce games for it, and Wiis have been selling out all over the place. It's only been available a few months now and since Christmas it hasn't readily been available. It does look like theres a good few games in the works now.

As for release dates gamespot have some, but only if you input the game you're looking for. There's no list of release dates as far as I can see.

Thank god someone mentioned that , I nearly had a heart attack when I went so far down the therad without seeing it. Although I dont think the online multiplayer is going to be 16 player. I dont have a Wii but that might be the game to make me get one.
