Is it possible to have an incoming provider and and outgoing provider on a voip phone? eg, freespeech incoming and voipdiscount outgoing? So if someone rings me on my 091 number (Freespeech) my voip phone will ring and if i dial a number it will use my voipdiscount account?

    Hmm...

Possibly, if your Voip box supports 2 Voip registrations & you can set one as the default dial-out. Don't know of any such boxes, but they might exist!

Or, maybe you can forward or re-direct calls from your Freespeech number to your voipdiscount number, since they are both Voip, should be no extra cost (but you'd need to check this for sure!!). Not sure if this can be done on line or needs an active registration.

Is it really worth doing, is there a significant €€ saving?

yes never thought about redirecting the freespeech number. their is a saving, all my landline calls to most destinations in europe and world are free with voipdiscount with upto 300minutes a week talk time per €10 top up every 120 days.

How would i forward my freespeech number?

I don't think that freespeech can be redirected but Blueface can and perhaps broadtalk might have an option.

    Hi

There's no mention of what harwdware you use,

I know in the past I did some test on it, and forward the incoming calls from line 1 to line 2 and the other way around. The test I did was on the Linksys Pap2/ Sipura 2100 that are the same divice. (the forward is done in the Hardware not in the providers wesite)

I found the info indslreports.com it wasn't in that specific post but the info looks the same.

Not sure if it works with other hardware.

    Regards

AFAIK some of the Fritzbox units allow up to 10 different SIP accounts, and you can set up dialling rules to route the calls depending on where is being called.
