what does this mean in Irish/EU law? Also citizenship: how lengthy a process is it if I want to apply for Irish citizenship under default of nationalisation (by that I mean Ive lived here 6+ years)

Actually I was trying for a VEC grant but under nationality I don't really have a case. The only one I wasn't sure about was humanitarian leave but thats not the case for me.

So I suppose its back to the other option: citizenship application (yay!)
