Masking IP

Hi folks

i need something to mask my IP (easy enough) problem is it must show me to have an IP registered to North America (as well as to be using windows)
anyone have any good suggestions?

Use a HTTP tunnel or anon proxy server.

You could also try using tor

But note your 'ip' (proxied) will change every so often, depends on how long you need the 'anonymity' for. Also don't rely on it for complete anonymity, it serves a purpose though.

if you are trying this to get itunes to download us only content ....it WONT work. at least for me it didnt !!!

Thats because iTunes requires you to have an account with a US registered credit card.

no offence to anyone who answered this, but shouldn't you be asking WHY this person would want to do such a thing?

Average Joe, I've had to defend your posts on numerous occasions because people drew all sorts of conclusions about what your code could / would be used for. Where do we draw the line? I prefer not to make any assumptions and hope that people aren't going to post anything silly.

i need an American IP so that my brother living in Austria can watch the rugby tomorrow through "Setanta North America", he's already got an account with them, it just wont work in Europe.
