anyone know wat this is?! and who is charged? and WAT its all about? there seems to be a bug in it, i entered number a as my number and number b as destination number, yet it rang number a i.e. my number! thakns in advance ed

That's the way it's supposed to work. It calls your number, you answer the phone, it then calls the destination number and connects the two calls. So you don't need a computer headset, you talk to the person you are calling with your own phone.
