    Hey all,
I lost my vehicle licensing cert and need to apply for a new one. I have an RF134 form that I'm filling in. The site I got it from says that the draft must be made out to the motor tax office, but that the form comes from County Clare. It doesnt say where the form should be sent though, so can anyone advise if I send it to my own local motor tax office, or the big motor vehicle centre in Clare?
    Cheers.

I had to get a replacement also. I went to the gaurds and got the RF134 form stamped. Then went to my local tax office handed the form in and paid the fee. I had me new vehicle licensing form back in about five days.
    Hope this helps.

Not sure really. Best ring your local Motor Tax Office or the DOE in Shannon to verify the procedure.

get it stamped, bring it in to tax office. they will give you a receipt and the new cert will be posted to you.

Hi folks, dug up this old thread as it applies to me.

My car is registered in Clare, but can I still take the rf134 replacement registration book form to my local tax office, which is now Limerick, or do I need to go back to Ennis where I registered it?
