    Nope the PhysX has failed to gain any traction with games and the user base so it is unlikely to succeed against the combo of GPU assisted physics and multi core CPU's.

    The big killer app for Physx is supposed to Unreal Tournament 3 but that is still a ways off and who knows how much it will help. At the moment you are just wasting money on it & it will be in your PC doing nothing for the majority of it's time.

    Dont bother,
    The ATI r600 chips comes with a type of physx hardware built in
