    Hi.

Is the only way to put videos or tv shows on your ipod to buy them from itunes?

I have video files on my laptop and I've tried to import them but it just doesn't happen,

Does anyone know of any software I can use to transfer videos into iTunes? or our apple being clever and making sure we all buy videos from itunes?

I've looked up how to get music videos/tv programmes but I'm finding it difficult to get aqny information.

You just have to have them in the right format (MP4).

    Videora will do the job

If you want to get videos off youtube or whatever you can use this one.

    Hope it helps

If you download "replay converter" it gives you an option to convert your video files for use on the i-pod. Then just go into the movie section i i-tunes and import file to library. Hope this helps.

You need to convert the video to mp4 , google for programs that can convert to mp4 , there are lots , take your pick , the conversion takes about an hour for 2 hours of video , then drag it to itunes and itunes will put it on the pod.

This is answered in the FAQ - here is the individual post: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=50647442&postcount=10

Download the Videora program and read its help file.
