(PSP)SOCOM:Headset Mic?

    Hi all, I've had a PSP for about a year now and have used it to surf the web through the Eircom wireless modem (Netopia) with no real problems (thank to the excellent FAQ found here!).

    I have SOCOM: Fireteam Bravo (great game!), I have the headset connected through the remote control and can play online no problems... except, whatever I try, I can't hear others' speech OR use the MIC myself.

    I have searched around and this yourpsp forum is the best I could get for some suggestions.

    Just wondering from an Irish perspective, has anyone here got it to work going through Eircom?

    I'd love to know how!
