Got a little whisper that Deputy Cullen is to announce big news this evening at a press conference... But I can't tell you who told me or what it is but it will "lift" motorists spirits over time... ;)

There was some info going around about barrierless tolling a few days back... was it a French consortium involved with our friends?

There's an article on this now, but it isn't anything we didn't already know. They've been saying they intend to remove the barriers by 2008 for some time now.
