Looks like the same crowd that run voipcheap.com, internetcalls.com and others. The prices vary on each website depending on the location you call.

90% of the time it is fine. The other 10% the other person hears an echo or there is a delay. Calling back seems to sort it most of the time. This is my experience when calling UK landlines & Mobiles. I'd highly recommend it.

voipdiscount is another great one. free landline calls to most well known countries. not bad audio either using sip phone or the software provided
