    Hi all

i am thinking about getting a cheap car (aprox E2000) to use for track days and i have a few questions.

first off is insurance where would i go to get the best limited milage policy?

second any suggestions for a fun track day car?

Limited mileage policys are non-existent AFAIK unless its a classic. It would also need to be taxed and NCT'd to drive.
Something RWD would be best on track! An old E30 325i would be a good starting point!

If it's purly for track you wouldn't need nct or tax as you won't be able to insure it anyway! As long as you get a trailer and bring it to trakc on the trailer then there should be no problem.

    Insurance on track is prohibitive.
