Arrow selection and assembly guide

Right, I know my way around a bow at this stage but would still have many questions about arrows. Are there any online guides or books about how to choose arrows and how to assemble/disassemble them using component parts. A glossary of terms would also be useful. An example of a question I'd have would be how exactly do you install a point on an arrow shaft. I have read all kinds of info about different adhesives, inserts, taper fits, parallel fits, screw ins, bore sizes, shaft sizes, piles etc. It is all a little confusing

I would recomend you download theis easton arrow selection program. Just fill in your details and it will tell you what it recomends, and its pretty accurate.

Just make sure you select recurve and target archery. Sometimes they switch back to compound and hunting.

Also, the Easton selector decides to err a bit on the stiff side...

Most people find its the opposite.

The charts suggested i get 650 x10's.

When i bought them in holland they told me to get 550's.

Even these were too weak.

Now i'm shooting 450's and they are perfect. Thats 4 spines off.
