Wii Online features ??

    Hey im thinking of getting a wii I have broadband so just wondering about the online features. All i know so far is it has weather and options to buy old games. What else can it do?

    Hi, I got my wii the other day but cant find web browser on it?? Is there something i should be downloading or what?? Its connecting to my bb grand, has done update (thought it might come in there) socan anyone tell me how do i get browser. Thanks a million!

    You have to download it from the Wii Shop Channel... it's only the beta though.

    Nintendo have said that Pokéman will be their first online game and that their online development kits were released to developers a few weeks ago. Expect to see online gameplay late this year and early next. There was mention of Smash Bros being online too.

    It's in Beta at the moment. So it's free to download.

    the wii online is still very much in it's development stage i think. but it's fun and very handy for zelda tips. and since my wii is in my bedroom and pc is all the down stairs, it can useful on those lazy mornings. other than that, it might be a while before it's used to it's full potential.
