Where to find CAO Statement of Choices ? It's required for HEAR (Access Program) for third level. I could just print off my choices but is there some page called Statement of choices or something?

I googled it and found in some FAQ that Statement of Choices is posted on the 5th of march. The HEAR application requires it on the 2nd. wtf
