Anyone ever done a round the world cruise?

    Just noticed in one of the Sunday papers a round the world cruise lasting 80 nights. About €25,000 for two people, all inclusive.:eek:

    Maybe we are all a bit young for that here on Boards.ie, but the idea has me intrigued. Anyone ever done anything like this? Or know someone who has?

    Id love to go around the world but on a cruise i wouldnt,

    at €25,000 it seems a lot

    but as they say different strokes for different folks!:D

    Some day I want to pass through the Panama and Suez canals. A ROTW cruise would tick both of those off.

    I'll file that idea away for when I have 25 big ones to blow and 80 days accumulated vacation.
