    Hi All
    Ive been reading here for a while and this morning ive just bought a new camera. Its the new one from Olympus ( SP 550 UZ ). i cant wait for it to arrive, thanks to photography section of boards for the heads up on it. It has got good reviews online especially from http://scaredofthedark.typepad.com/blog/2007/02/olympus_sp550_r_3.html

    So when she arrives ill be gettin stuck in and posting up some for c&c.Any help you guys can give me will add to the enjoyment.

    got my olympus SP-550 UZ today. Just getting familiar with it at the moment.
    must say its zoom is unreal ( x18 optical )

    will post u some examples soon

    c+c welcome...complete newbie on a steep learning curve!

    Will love to hear how you get on with that SP-550. If I was still using P&S cams that would be the one.

    heres two macro shots i took this evening. the screw is 1.5 inch long.
    notice the hair on the 1 cent!

    Go easy on me !! im only new to all this.love the camera though!
