Hello I have dealt with three solicitors so far for conveyancing and sales & purchases of leases. They have been very, very slow and expensive. Any suggestions how to find a good, efficient and cost effective solicitor in south Dublin. Thank you

go by a friends recommendation. not trying to give you a flippant answer, but it's the only way to find out - from someone you know and trust....
