Hi all, I seem to have a issue with one of my digi boxes that uses multiroom, the problem is that the digibox does not want to keep the 142 prefix stored in it's memory, it will dial out manually if i put in the 142 code but the box just will not store the number, even if i use the save new settings function. The digi box is a PACE model ( the number escapes me at the moment).I was wondering if there is a factory reset procedure or i just source another.

    thanks for all your help
    Robbie:)

The only reset option is to unplug from mains for a few seconds, and plug it back in.

You could try a forced software download (unplug from mains, hold in the Backup button on front of box and keep it held, plug back in mains and wait for all the LED's to light up, then let go of Backup button and wait 10-15 mins until the box goes back into standby, and allow a minute before taking it out of standby).

Dunno if it'll help or not, but worth a try before shelling out for a new box.
