I rated Begin To Hope as the best release of last year. Buy it.

Having said that, it's not her first album, it's her fourth (plus a compilation released last year), Samson originally appeared on her second release. Soviet Kitsch from 2004 is also worth a looksee, it was the first record of hers I happened upon. Terrible cover art, great album.
