How much would a 1.5GHz PowerBook G4 go for?

What size? Condition? Are you looking to buy one or sell one?

I'd be interested to know this aswell as I'll be selling in a month or so.

80gb 1gb ram, new screen, hard drive airport cable and logic board.

2 of the above were done to fix the poor wireless signal problem common to these models and the logic board to replace the common lower ram slot fault.

Mine is as bought, but a bit battered, with a couple of the keys rather worn. A faithful old workhorse though.

    su_dios,
The repairs work for and against it - it's good that the new parts are there, but it also shows that the machine is prone to faults.
I'd say you could get about €700 for it.

    700 sounds good for it.
Yeah I understand it would work against it. Unfortunately I was one of the unlucky few to get a powerbook riddled with (common)faults. Therefore it was barely used but as I needed it more lately everything was replaced on it. Practically a brand new laptop apart from the casing which hasn't even got a scratch :)

Its now more reliable than my old ibook g4 and my brothers new macbook oh and pretty much any pc ;)

Personlly, if you sold it on ebay and didn't say anythign about the new parts, you'd get €700 for it with little problem.

And su_dios, if you want to find out all about your own PowerBook, go to http://www.chipmunk.nl/klantenservice/applemodel.html and enter the serial number (which you'll find by clicking on the Apple symbol on the top left of your screen, then going to About This Mac, then to Get Info.
