    Lately I've come accross items which have had no bids ,the seller might have 200 plus feedback of 98.5% or so.

    Should chances be taken ,or do you keep your money ?

    Depends on the circumstances. I always check the feedback, see if it's from different people, what they bought from the person, and then look out for the negative feedback and see what the fuss was about.

    If it was something with a reasonable low value, then I'd have no problem taking the 'risk'.
