    Full Tilt Poker Game #1807902307: Table Zola (6 max) - $0.10/$0.25 - No Limit Hold'em - 8:09:36 ET - 2007/02/16
    Seat 1: origame ($29.95)
    Seat 2: CoastalPGM ($59.20)
    Seat 3: Grittor ($20.30)
    Seat 4: Hero ($25.15)
    Seat 5: anywhen ($24.70)
    Seat 6: frosty74 ($45.60)
anywhen posts the small blind of $0.10
frosty74 posts the big blind of $0.25
The button is in seat #4
    *** HOLE CARDS ***
    Dealt to Hero [Kd As]
    origame folds
    CoastalPGM calls $0.25
    Grittor calls $0.25
    Hero raises to $1.25
    anywhen folds
    frosty74 folds
    CoastalPGM folds
    Grittor calls $1
    *** FLOP *** [5d Qd 7c]
    Grittor checks
    Hero bets $2.25
    Grittor raises to $4.50
    Hero calls $2.25
    *** TURN *** [5d Qd 7c] [Jd]
Grittor has 15 seconds left to act
Grittor bets $14.55, and is all in
Hero has 15 seconds left to act
    Hero calls $14.55

I suppose if you look at this hand in isolation without reads on villain (Grittor), this is a very bad call, and I would never make it, but he's pretty loose and has shown down some really bad holdings...

I already have him noted as a bit of a loosey goosey. In this hand, I think there is roughly 25-40% chance of a bluff (due to some previous hands where he raised me with air and showed), and perhaps he has a piece of the flop.

My thinking is I have any A,K,T or diamond as an out against what looks like a don't call me bet. Thats ~20 outs no? I know I'm getting less than even money odds here (right?)

Would anyone else call here? Did I make a mistake?

I justified it to myself at the time of the call, but I have been doubting the call since...

    Any comments appreciated! Results later...

If both of those are correct, then your call is fine, as you're making a +EV call based on your pot odds vs the number of outs you have given the hand range/bluffing frequency you've assigned him.

Well I guess this hand didn't generate much discussion so it can't be too bad, thanks for the reply IanMc38.

It gives me a warm fuzzy feeling to know it wasn't so bad...

4d arrives on the river giving villain with 45o two pair, and me the flush... yay!
