I've heard good things about a guy named Ralf Niebauer but have no personal experience. He's not too far away......Broadford diretion IIRC.

Don't have a contact number for him but can get it for you if you can't find it.

Can't go wrong with Dave Cooney KM Arms, based in Dun Laoighre: 0868313337, if you have the sights and get the slide to him he will do the job, he is an excellent gun smith.

You can tap the rearsight out with a fine ish dowel rod, they new ones fit the same way.

Your front will probably be a 'rip out' job, a small pin holds the two lugs apart which keeps it in, stick a needle in the pin from 90 degree angle and when you pull out the pin the front sight falls out. Your new one will be a small socket about 5mm

Its a 10 minute job really, not much need for a pro.

I did mine and I'm far from being a gunsmith

Guys I'm quite new to this board however given the times we live in is it a good idea to post people's mobile numbers without their prior consent? Assuming they havent given it already..

Do It Yourself, its easy all you need is a punch and a pin hammer, the allen key will come with the new sights, I changed my glock sights 3 times so far and now it only takes 2 mins to do.
If your not sure about it just pm me your number and I will talk you trough it.
    Cheers

Don't have his details myself but I know someone who recommended him, had some work done to his .270.

I'll give him a call tomorrow & pass on his details via PM.
