Fingers caught

    Hi

My 3 year daughter caught her fingers in the toilet door in a dublin cinema - ouch. Not on the handle side, but on the other side of the door.

We brought her to a hospital where an xray was taken and there were no broken bones. However we received a call a few days later to say that there are minor crush fractures to the distal phalanges on the ring and middle finger, without displacment and we now need to get further treatment for her.

My question is, should we look for the cinema to pay for the medical bills and if we wanted to do this what would be the correct route.

If there was no further medical treatment required we would not bother even thinking about this.

    Thanks in advance

    Paddyo

'Fraid no-one can give you legal advice here mate, as per the charter.

If you're really serious about pursuing the cinema over this, you'll need to speak to a solicitor.
