    I ordered a couple of dvd's from amaz0n about 3 weeks ago.
    One of them arrived last week and the other one hasn't arrived yet.
    I contacted DVD legacy yesterday and they said my order was shipped and that it takes a month to arrive ,I never told them that I had received one part of the order already though(last week)

    I have a sneaky suspicion that they never shipped the second dvd ,I'm not sure whether to claim a refund yet .Amaz0n have offered one.

    Happened to me before (well, I didn't get part of the order in the post.. it just hadn't shown up at all after 3 or 4 weeks) so I contacted Amazon to cancel my order/refund me. They refunded me, but a few days later I got the order in the post. Out of honesty, I contacted them about it and they basically said that considering how long I'd been waiting I didn't have to pay or send it back, which I was happy with.

    Then my order arrived in the post again 2 or 3 days later - so I now had my DVD's twice. For nothing. I didn't contact them that time.

    Thanks for that Bard ,I haven't left feedback for the transaction because it might actually arrive.
    I wasn't sure whether I done the right thing ,but as you say amazon weren't too happy about the lenght of the delivery.
