TV card recomendations?

I’m not sure if this should be in the HTPC section but I was wondering does anyone have any recommendations on a TV card?

I was thinking about this http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=325502 or http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=320418

Around that price range, is there any thing I should look out for when buying one of these cards or is a case of “it does what it says on the tin”. :)

I have analogue cable: rte 1+2, tv3, BBC 1,2 and 3 ITV 1,2 and 3 Ch 4 etc. But I’m thinking of getting Sky Digital, hence the choices above.

I'm running XP pro, does that rule out the Hauppauge as its MCE?

Go for the Hauppauge all the way. Its has the most widely available support, especially for MCE. Good drivers, good software and good knowledge base on there website.
