    I once went to an Irish shop in Germany where they sold loads of everyday Irish items but at about 3 times the cost... and what did I find there: Colmans English Mustard. I got patriotic and tried to protest to the shop owner, but apparently the English mustard was so deliciously sharp that he had to sell it for it was fantastic. I found this rather strange in Germany, but that's the way of it.

    Yes, ironic considering a) you complained about it here os Bearla agus b) would you consider Guinness to be an Irish product anymore?

    Ex-pat shops like that aren't uncommon around mainland Europe. There used to be an Irish shop and an English shop in Brussels selling stuff at vastly inflated prices.
