I need a garden wall built its 9.3m in lenght and 1.8m in height, with 9inch H blocks and I was quoted €450 labour ? is this good ? or can I do better.

Search the local newspapers job vacancy section or even go to a local building site and get some eastern europeans to do the work on the weekend, they would do it for a lot less.
