    Folks,

    i need a deep 27mm socket (should be min. 10 cm deep). Does anyone where i can get such sockets?

    Hi,

    thanks for the link.

    I need it for changing injectors on a 40 year old Diesel engine. For extracting the old injectors i have a fitting socket (8 cm) but for the new ones i need a deeper one...

    Sorry for thread hijack, meself and galwaytt used to work in the same place, a industrial tools and equipment supplier, a box spanner is a hollow tube about 20cm long with a different size socket on each end , there is a hole drilled thru either end so it can be turned with a bar/screwdriver etc
