reckonable contributions?????????

lads i applied for some medical expenses (7grand worth!), but got a letter saying i had 206 reckonable contributions and i need 260 or something. wtf is a reckonavle contributtion and can i claim expenses at a later date, i mean when i reach the magical 260 mark?

A reckonable contribution is a PRSI contribution paid at class A,H or P.
