    Leading IT Solutions provider require a Technical Support Helpdesk IT Engineer with 1 years IT Helpdesk experience, to do IT support in a large client based in Dublin 22.

    First Level helpdesk support role
    Full time role based in Clondalkin Dublin 22
    Salary: €25,500
    Hours: Monday - Friday (08:00 - 16:30 or 08:30 - 17:00)
    Job Spec The role will be based on the clients’ front line helpdesk
    Answering all incoming calls
    Resolving by phone where possible
    Re-assigning to engineers when resolution is not possible by phone
    General Admin duties
    Start date: Immediately
    Training: 4 weeks
    Required - 6-12 months experience in a similar role.
