One mod enter, one mod leave

Right folks, this is all in motion, I just wanted to give y'all the heads-up.

First off, commiserations to ditpaintball, who is shortly to become the second moderator on A&P, setting things up with a nice symmetry - one Airsoft and one Paintball mod.

Secondly, since we'll now have two permanent moderators to look after things, I'll be stepping down as moderator. I was only ever meant to be a mod on a temporary basis anyway to help set this up, and now that we have more involved people to mod (I don't shoot airsoft or paintball myself), it's time to bow out. Thanks to everyone for making my life easy in the past few months. I'll still check in from time to time, and any help I can give the lads with the IAA and that sort of thing I'll give, so I won't be vanishing completely. I also expect to bump into A&P representatives at NGB sporting conferences and the like in the future!
