BMI now quoting fares including all taxes & charges

I see flybmi.com show all their fares inclusive of all taxes and charges now. Hope other airlines take a leaf out of their book on this. Can't understand why they advertise fares excluding these charges, it's not as if anyone is exempt from paying them.
