    Preflop: (8 players, $1.5)
    4 folds, Hero calls $1 and raises $4, condor2 calls $5, TheIMF calls $4.50, ArcticMoss calls $4

    Flop: 7c, Qh, 5s (4 players, $20)
TheIMF checks, ArcticMoss checks, Hero bets $8, condor2 calls $8, 2 folds

    Turn: 7s (2 players, $36)
Hero checks, condor2 bets $5, Hero calls $5

    River: 5d (2 players, $46)
    Hero checks, condor2 bets $5, Hero ????

Villain is 63/0/1.39 after 100+ hands. Taught Villains bet on the turn and were weak so i decided on a steal giving the size of the pot. What would you bet here to get the opponent off a weakish hand? Do you think a steal is a good move here?

And what are you tring to represent with this river raise?

Flop bet is way too small, bet at least 15 or don't bet at all.

    River is a call

i think if you try and steal this it's gonna be obvious to anyone, I'd you call with a ton of hands if you played like this and then suddenly put in a "I'm trying to steal the pot" type of raise.

    bet more on the flop.

If I wanted to set this hand up for a steal id check the flop. If he bets on the turn id call( maybe raise). When he bets the river id raise him.Same profit if he folds and alot better chance of him doing so as he may think u floped a set.the way u played the hand most players are calling

If you wanted to steal the turn was the place to do it. In my opinion a steal now would only work against a really weak player.
It is only costing you $5 to call.

Yep, you were all spot on, i re-raised $20 and got called and beaten by Queens Jack Kicker. I agree in Hindsight that from my opponents view it looked an obvious steal and he would have struggled to see anything that beat him on that river card. Obviously a $20 re-raise out of the blue on the river isnt enough to put my opponent off a weak hand giving the board and the way the betting went. Lesson learnt...Thanks;)
