Do you need to learn c++ as well? Or do you know that already?

I read Ivor Horton's book a few years ago and found it very good (can't remember the exact name) for learning c++ and as an intro to MFC. He has an updated version out.

I have MFC Programming From the Ground Up by Herbert Schildt.
I thought it was great, showing you how to write MFC apps without the AppWizard. This help you learn what the code that it generates really does.
Unfortunately it is for MFC6 and is from 1988.
