Virus question

Just had a look in virus vault where there are six items . Trojan horse generic 2 ( arrived during a short time when bear share was being used Im told ). Also says back up copy infected. New avg 7.5 is now installed. My question is do I need to do anything ? Thanks in adv

Does it list the filenames that are infected?

That just looks like a bunch of files generated by the virus, they are no harm to you once they are in quarantine.
